At Mahalo Properties, our tenants are our greatest assets. We know our tenants, and we take pride in caring for them and their homes. That’s because we only manage properties we have invested in ourselves.
We value our properties and aim to put tenants into them that treat them like they are their own. They can make the place “home”. We also want the right tenants. We begin with a detailed Tenant Questionnaire to help us and you determine if we are a good fit for each other.
What do you expect from a landlord/property manager? What do we expect from you? To manage those expectations, we have developed questions to find out more about you, your wants and needs in a residence, and if we have the property that meets your needs.
We ask routine questions like how many people will live in the property? Any pets? How many vehicles require parking? Do you have references from previous landlords? To keep our properties in admirable shape, we have a non-smoker policy, so smokers are invited to look elsewhere. And we ask a few more questions to see if you are a fit for any of our current available properties.
